Seller Write-Up
It’s time for this motorhome to find a new owner. We are the original owners and have ensured all required maintenance was properly done. We are selling because we are older now and have only used it for a couple of weekends the last two years. One trip to Red Bay early in our ownership.
This coach is sound, mechanically perfect, well maintained, original owner, non smoker.
Full disclosure – some cosmetic upholstery wear.
Original owner – purchased new in New York and imported to Ontario. Full timed in it for 3 years and then just modest seasonal use. Caring for some family members has prevented regular use so it’s time for it to move on to a new owner.
The awning was replaced in 2019 and the tires were replaced in 2021. House batteries were replaced in 2022. Includes Patriot braking system and Blue Ox tow bar for flat towing. All tires are setup with wireless temperature and pressure monitoring. RV GPS included.
The motorhome has just been winterized by a local RV dealership.
