If you research coach manufacturers you’ll find that the Tiffin brand has one of the best reputations for quality and service in the entire industry. This is a great “little” Class A Coach.

14 MPG! Yes, this V8 MaxxForce Navistar diesel is rated at 14 MPG and is mated up to an industry-best Allison 6-speed transmission. It’s built on the Tiffin Powerglide chassis which has Air-ride, Air-brakes, and Air-leveling. Even though it’s a smaller coach, it is rated to tow 5,000 lbs making it a perfect rig for most toads

The Tiffin Allegro Breeze 28BR model is one of the shortest rear diesel pushers available on the market. With its single driver side slide and North/South bed it’s large enough to ride in comfortably and yet because of its length, it can be used in every US National park and gets great fuel mileage.

*Full one-piece fiberglass roof cap, with no cracks or leaks.
*Tires – DOT code on all 6 tires is “2718” meaning they were manufactured July 2018 and are in excellent condition
*Recently upgraded the headlights with an LED conversion kit for great visibility at night
*Full body paint is in excellent condition with only a few minor scratches. No vinyl stickers to fade or peel

There are two things you will find as “negatives” if you research this particular coach online. Specifically there are complaints about the Ultraleather coverings as well as the “tail wagging” handling.

All Tiffin models in this age range used “Ultraleather” on the driver/passenger seats, dinette booths, and sofas. You’ll see many coaches online where the covering is flaking off and looks like parmesan cheese. The Sofa and Dinette in this coach are in excellent condition with nearly no signs of wear. The original owner always used a throw or seat covers on the sofa/dinette and I continued to do the same. The driver’s seat was recently recovered with a factory replacement seat cover (not a slipcover). The passenger seat has not been recovered and should be replaced soon, which can be purchased directly from Tiffin.

“Tail Wagging” – before purchasing this motorhome I read in several forums that some owners reported that they felt this coach had a tendency to wander within the driving lane. But they also reported that this wandering was eliminated by installing the Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. In December 2021 I had RV Specialists of San Diego (Miramar) install the Safe-T-Plus Stabilizer as well as had additional reinforcements built custom for the steering column and steering box to reduce flex and movement. The improvement is amazing and the handling is now excellent and drives with confidence.

This coach will come with the original Tiffin “blue binder”, original sofa pillows, original bedding, a sewer hose, a fresh water hose, an assortment of drain/tank flush chemicals, vinyl wheel covers, and a full coach cover.

I own this coach outright (title is in hand) and I’m not in a desperate situation where I need to sell. I’m selling because my interests have changed and I’m ready to move on.
