25ft. 1993 Allegro Bay with only 39,890 miles on the Chevy 454 chassis. We are non-smokers, and pet free. We want to moving up to a larger RV to do more full time traveling and would like to sell this quickly, so we have reduced the price to sell now! This rig is equipped with a Queen “Sleep Number” mattress with dual controls, solar panel and controller, (2) house batteries, 1 new starter battery, microwave, 4 burner stove and exhaust hood, large refrigerator and freezer, 4Kw Onan generator (with 82.5 hours), connections for music player/phone that play through the built in am/fm/cd/aux system with internal and external speakers, Sirius XM antenna and connector. Under counter water filter on kitchen sink. The shower ( with exhaust fan and vent to roof) is across hall from toilet and sink (another vent here and it is a “Fan-Tastic Fan” with auto exhaust and rain sensor), there is also a 3rd vent with rain-proof hood in the bedroom area. Roof AC, Dash A/C, Cruise Control. Driver side access door. Spare tire and holder. Trailer hitch and receiver. Large awning. Tires are in great shape and everything works well. We are only the second owners and have most maintenance records.
