This tiffin is a one owner/user, virtually mint condition , garaged much of the time, just unbelievably taken care of inside and out. Chevy 454, 32 ft, 7 kw onan ( these days they are 4kw) will simultaneously power the microwave, furnace, refrigerator, all like new, and on top, 2 of those older bigger outpout duotherms. It’s wired for 50/30 or 110 amp shore power and has all the plug adaptors for either service. Tiffin was and still is made in cullman alabama and was and is a grade or more above the fleetwoods or winnebagos–extras? Full rustproofing and a thick sound and heat insulating body coat underneath, air ride, air horns mounted top, hanging face fans both sides, has a driver door as well as regular side door, and a small safety window on passenger side, placed below knee level of the floor allowing driver to see objects (like small children near the right front wheel, otherwise un-visible, which I understand that tiffin made a regular after unseen child was run over as driver backed up while turning to left) huge like never used shower/bath, extra deep solid oak cabinets, tvs front and rear, dvd/vcr , leveling jacks, towing set up for car and bicycle racks. The only things missing or wrong or needing attention are the electric steps( which might simply be unplugged or a corroded hanging connector or blown fuse, they look brand new!), the outer refrigerator cover is missing, which is a panel about 15 inches rectangular, could be replaced by plywood or aluminum or tin or plastic, and the windshield has a crack-but I have been driving rvs roughly 100,000 miles per year in my work for 30 years–and all 8 of mine have cracked! About a $400 fix, they’ll come do it in your driveway– I stopped replacing after 2of them–you may ask me why if and when we talk. You might think my price a bit high since the published value of one this old is around $15,000 but when you see the condition you will clearly see why, it’s just the cleanest used rv out of hundreds I ‘ve ever seen–and since I have driven 8 of these chevy 454s myself all over 200,000 miles 3 of them I sold at about 350,000 miles, all with no major engine troubles!! Peripheral things, alternator, steering pump, pollution control, crank sensors, the odd fuel pump, such things around an engine that have to be replaced on any vehicle–but I bet this one will need nothing but enjoyment from the owner for at least another 80-100,000 miles. Oh I usually replace all the wheel bearings at 125-130,000 on mine, call me, I like to talk and I like to text too! [REDACTED] woody ps the tires are also like new
