$39000. 2001 allegro bus/class a. We are just too old to drive like we used to so we decided to give up the road and stay home! It’s a 2001 allegro bus (not a “Bay”) 37 ft. Made by tiffin motorhomes. It is in great shape for its age and has a full fuel and propane tank.

The generator is a diesel/330 cat/onan 7.5 kw that has 687 generator hours on it. We had new tires installed in 2013 — and they have 6,000 miles on them. Each one has pressure monitors. We kept one old one for a spare. It has an auto leveling system and automatic stairs.

There are 3 slides with awnings (kitchen, living, and bed room) and a pull out awning on the kitchen slide. The basement has pass through storage (only the batteries and the generator have pull outs.) it has 2 roof top air conditioners with a heat pump.

It is set up with an auto satellite finder for dish tv it works but there is no receiver. We put a 32″ tv over the driver’s seat and there is a compartment in the bedroom for a tv but we never put one in it. The splendide washer/dryer combo works great and has storage above it. The microwave/convection combo is over the three burner stove. The stove and sink have corian inserts for them that match the counter and booth style table. The 4 door refrigerator with ice maker was replaced when it was recalled years ago.

The central vacuum system works and has all attachments that came with it. The bathroom has a glassed in shower with a small tub with a seat and a sink/counter top with 3 mirrored cabinets above and 4 drawers underneath. The toilet is in a separate room and has storage above. You can close off the bathroom from the rest of the house. The seats recline and the sofa (jackknifes into a bed) all are leather and are in perfect condition.

The booth seating in kitchen is the same fabric as the cornices when you lower the table it makes a 4 cushion bed. All the wood cabinets are walnut. The queen size bed in bedroom is in very good shape and comfortable the headboard is cloth and mirrors. In fact all the slides have mirrored walls.

The closet is on a slide so you are able to walk around the sides. There is a sliding door that closes off the bedroom. The kitchen and bath are tiled and the bedroom and living room are carpeted.

If you are interested in the tow car (ford 2011) it is set up with a blue ox system and a brake buddy, both will be included.
