Info: Roof resealed 2020, AC coils cleaned 2020, Tires approx. 3 – 4 years old with great tread, new spark plugs @ 38k miles, main window seals replaced 2020, water heater thermostats replaced 2020, hydraulic pump and tank replaced 2020, refrigerator replaced 2018, couch was removed and replaced with a 12″ nice memory foam mattress cut to fit w/ storage underneath 2021, couch seat belts are still functional. Everything works, can be used immediately. We purchased this in 2018 in Texas and planned to remodel it but plans changed. Rig pulling our 2014 Corolla measured 47′ 9″.
