Greetings: Very interested in your Coach, We live in Brooksville, FL.understand you are requesting $72K, can you bend just a little. We sold our 2009, Bus last year so we are familiar with Bob Tiffin and family. Questions: 1) brand and age of tires? 2) Is SAT In-Motion a DISH system? 3) is Frig gas/elec or all elec? 4) Have both AC Units been replaced? 5) Any leaks? When was roof last inspected and sealed? 6) Is Hot water a seperate water heater or Aqua Hot system, if AQ, when was last service? 7. Has the caach been serviced (oil, oil filters, water seperator filters? Do you have maintenance records? (8. Has Coach been in an accident or sustained any body damage?
9). Are Auto levelers and Slide-Outs Hydrolic, do slides have toppers?? 10). Condition of canvas awnings?11). Brand and age of Coach and house batteries?
PS: I have covered carport with 50 amp elec and water you are welcome to use if you want to visit Florida. We are about an hour to Disney World?
