This motorhome was purchased in late 2014. It has only one owner. This coach was personally signed by bob tiffin when purchased and is fully loaded with all the features offered.

This coach is designed for full timers or just pure comfort when away from home. From its powerful 450 diesel to its air ride suspension and the addition of a tag axle comfort ride chassis. With tons of storage both in the inside and in the outside storage bays. The four slide outs (two giant and two standard) provide you with an extra-large open living space and amenities that you find in your home. This tiffin phaeton 42 lh motorhome includes a residential refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, on board vacuum cleaner system, heated tile floors and master bathroom and a half bath for guests. Layout:

Stepping into the coach the two giant slide outs in the main living area give you a very large area of living space. The first slide out (passenger side) has a tv above and the fireplace below it, next are cabinets and then the space where the additional reclining chair is located followed by with computer workstation further down next to the expandable table dinette top that can seat 4 people (chairs included) 5 people if you add another chair, the large residential refrigerator is last on this side. In the front of the cab there is the flat screen tv with sound bar. The driver side giant slide out has a couch that is configured as a standard straight couch and has the option to turn it into a l shaped couch. This couch can be turned into a fold out queen size bed with an air mattress.

On this same side you will see the large counter top area with an additional pull out counter top. Included in this area is the microwave/convection oven, electric stove top with dishwasher below the stove, and double kitchen sink.

Moving toward the back is the guest half bath which includes a toilet and vanity sink.

The master bedroom has a privacy door to separate it from the rest of the living space and has two smaller slide outs to enlarge the bedroom. In this section you will find the washer/dryer. At the back bedroom slide out you will find the king size bed with nightstands on either side of the bed and overhead cabinets above the bed. The wall opposite the bed has the other slide out with an overhead tv, overhead cabinets and cabinets/ drawers below.

The master bathroom, has mirrors, toilet, a large corner vanity with sink, corner overhead cabinets and storage and a large walk-in shower with plenty of head room. The very back has mirrored doors with a large closet area and storage. This is truly the coach with all the comforts of home.

Additional information. The back of the coach has a motorized lift for a motorcycle (or can be reconfigured for other things with purchased accessories.
