2019 Tiffin Phaeton 40IH for sale.
We are getting ready to drive this back to Las Vegas for storage at the end of September, but would prefer to sell first. It is currently located just outside of Nashville, TN.
Luxury Diesel Coach with 380 Cummins riding on a XSH Powerglide Chassis. The coach has 29,300miles on it an 190 generator hours. This is the bath and a half model, with a huge double vanity in the master suite, and a large king in the bedroom. It features the standard luxury items found on these popular Tiffin coaches. It is all-electric with Aquahot, 10kw Onan generator. While this unit does not have heated floors, it has 3 ACs (2 with heat pumps) and the hydronic heating supplied by the Aquahot system.
This coach also includes upgraded Koni shocks in the front and Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. The living room arrangement features opposing couches. The drivers side couch folds into a queen size air bed, and the passenger side couch is a jack-knife sofa bed. This coach features a dinette, washer and dryer, and dishwasher as well. Tires and batteries are original. The coach also includes Magneshades.
Priced for a quick sale. Cash is preferred if interested in negotiating price. We have already discussed this coach with several dealers, and we know what they are willing to give for it, so I know it is priced competitively.
